Return and Complaints Policy – Comboski

Consider more sustainable alternatives before returning goods:
Returns can have a negative impact on the environment. Packaging is often not recycled and the goods themselves can end up in landfills, increasing the environmental footprint of each returned product. We believe that even small steps can contribute to a more sustainable world. Therefore, we recommend that you consider options other than returning goods:

1. Sales on bazaar-type websites or second-hand platforms

   • If the goods do not suit you, try offering them on online bazaar platforms or social networks. This will give you back some of your investment while allowing the product to find a new owner who will actually use it

2. Donation or exchange

   • It may be the case that the goods will be perfect for someone in your area. Try to give them away or exchange them within the family, or among friends and the community. Donating can make someone happy and prevent waste

 

If you still decide to return goods, please follow these instructions:

 

1. Right of withdrawal within 14 days

   • Under Czech law, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. This right is available to all customers who choose to return unsatisfactory goods. However, consider this option only if the goods cannot be used in some other way (e.g. sale, donation). Contact us at info@comboski.cz with information about withdrawal, include the order number and, if applicable, the reason for the return

2. Return period and condition of goods

   • After notification of withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods. The goods should be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, i.e. undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging. You have the right to try the goods, but they should be kept in the best possible condition. If the goods are returned in a damaged or worn condition, we may reduce part of the refund amount by the cost of restoring them to their original condition. We will inform you about this in advance

3. Cost of returning goods

   • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. We recommend that you return goods via a reliable shipping service to minimise the risk of damage during shipping. In the event of a return due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. Contact us at info@comboski.cz for a prepaid shipping label

4. Return procedure

   • Please contact us at info@comboski.cz to provide you with precise return instructions. Make sure the goods are properly packed. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable alternative packaging to ensure safe delivery. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you confirmation of receipt and start processing your refund

5. Complaints and warranty conditions

   • All our products are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months. If you find a defect that is not caused by normal wear and tear, please contact us at info@comboski.cz. The warranty can be exercised in the form of repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from contract if the defect cannot be removed. Together we will find the most suitable solution

6. Refund policy

   • Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first. Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed
