1.1. The operator of the Combo Ski e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) processes the personal data of customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) and other legal regulations applicable in the territory of the Czech Republic.
1.2. The Controller processes only those personal data that are necessary for the performance of the contract, communication with the buyer, and the fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g. billing). These data include:
- Name and surname
- Delivery address
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Payment information (to the extent necessary for payment and billing)
2. Purposes of processing and legal basis
2.1. Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- Conclusion and performance of the Purchase Agreement (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting) (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).
- Marketing activities (e.g. sending commercial communications), only with the prior consent of the buyer (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
3. Data retention period
3.1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and further according to legal deadlines (e.g. for accounting and tax purposes for 10 years).
3.2. The data for marketing purposes are stored for the duration of the consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Rights of the data subject
4.1. The buyer has the following rights in relation to their personal data:
- The right to access personal data.
- The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- The right to erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten) if the data is not necessary for the performance of a contract or legal obligation.
- The right to restriction of processing
- The right to data portability.
- The right to object to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of the Controller or for direct marketing purposes.
- The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time.

5. Security of personal data
5.1. The Controller takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
6. Transfer of personal data to third parties
6.1. Personal data may only be transferred to third parties to the extent necessary to ensure delivery of goods (e.g. to shipping companies) or to fulfil the Controller’s legal obligations.
6.2. The Controller transfers personal data outside the European Union only if an adequate level of protection of personal data is ensured.
7. Complaints to the supervisory authority
7.1. If the buyer considers the processing of their personal data to be unlawful, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection in the Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz).
Informed consent to the use of cookies
Before starting tracking, visitors must give their explicit consent to the processing of cookies, in addition to so-called essential cookies, which serve for the basic functioning of the website (e.g. for putting items in the cart).
